MM, it is a great story and they seem like the nicest people. They have two apartments, completely seperate. There is a door joining the two spaces however and I ‘assume’ it’s because of the fire stair in the back of the builidng.
I love that white kitchen, but I love the other space more. The woodwork and that glass divider.
I wonder what the bathrooms look like? 🙂
Just finished the NYT article BRG. Agree with yoiu that the floorplan is genius. It’s great that these ladies found each other and were able to share this great space.
Sure beats the heck out of having to have a roommate or settling for a tiny space where they couldn’t work on their craft as easily.
