  1. ooooh dont make me google it, cuz it wouldnt make sense to.. where can someone find a cheap twin sized comforter, fluffy but not something that is too hot. i woke up this morning loving how cold it was but my tatterered strawberry shortcake (wtf i know! it was the only blanket available for me to use when i lived in harlem, and ive kept it ever since) blanket isnt cutting it in this weather, especially since i like to keep the window open a bit in the winter!!!

  2. rob…that’s actually a really gret idea.

If someone organized a Gowanus Cigarette Party to get the country to focus on stop smoking I think it would get A LOT of media coverage!!!!!!!

  3. Had chai tea this morning. Will make some gunpowder green tea in a few for a morning meeting. I prefer Red Rose tea because you get these little ceramic animal figurines in the 100-count box. The turtle is my favorite.

  4. the problem with encyclopedias (hard bound ones) is that they smell so bad. not like the good smell of used and new books, but like a totally different kind of musty funk. blech! i always thought they were kinda useless as they only really had a little blurb about each thing. they were fun to look up sex stuff as a kid tho.

  5. Twinings is also owned by a British / Canadian firm. More revenge…

Agree with rob that of people are taking up space in a tea shop restaurant they should be actually paying for something.

  6. wow after reading all of this about the boston tea party i am now tempted to round up a few of my hoodrat acquaintences and throw a newport box party in the hudson river! who’s with me? those bast-rds raised the price of ciggies again and now it’s like 11-13 bux a pack :-/ yet no one i know who smokes has quit or really seems to have even cut down. i guess the government knows that tho. grrr
