I’ve not had any good fish and chips in Brooklyn. Never been to Chip Shop. I can recommend Peaches for great fried catfish though…also Stan’s Place on Atlantic.
Rob, I haven’t done anything with it yet. I’m still trying to think of some way to spiff it up. Right now it’s just sitting on a shelf looking sad! What did you do with your pink lights and the extra wire?
And the best fish to use is haddock, although cod is much more common.
I’m making myself hungry.

Good, I’m glad I wasn’t the only one. It gets so many great write ups, I thought it was just me.
Dave, can you recommend a place. I’ve been having cravings for fish and chips. And remember the size of your wallet and the size of mine.
You don’t need tartar sauce on fish & chips! Should be served with a good coating of salt & vinegar.
