Kens, I’m with you. I can’t skim her posts (maybe she’s a he, but I always thought he was a she), let alone read them. I just looked for the part about other people working your hours, and noticed that s/he was deriding my sarcastic post. I especially love it when s/he comes into the “Late Edition” of the OT and chastises the rest of us for spending our days posting – at least we don’t post novellas!
LOL ken youre so mean hahah sometimes i find myself reading one of her long rants and im like oh okay she had a point, but then sometimes she really does get all hall monitor on peoples butts haha which can be equally as funny. so finding out she’s a squad leader (wtf?) it just hysterical beyond words.
i’ve noticed that nickel plated faucets seem to be a gay thing. lol

I had a hard time deciding between nickel plated and chrome plated. I went with chrome. Nice to know that if I installed nickel, I would have woke up gay the next day :o).
personally I think the 2nd street condos around 4th avenue that are brick facade are lovely!
I am not that into the Novo or Crest as I am not diggin their exteriors – but perhaps they are nice inside.
I live in a Boymelgreen building. Despite all the hate he gets here, I actually like my building alot. The apartments are well layed out, and the level of finish is quite good.
G10_ I did misread, I thought you were looking at Co-ops. Condos are a whole different ball game…yes, you will receive a deed as in real property, not a certificate of shares… Good Luck!
