Some of the 16th st. condos look weird to me, but at the end of the day, whether or not the bldgs will hold up matters far more than exterior aesthetics.
Rob, I would sign up with you JUST so I can make fun of BrooklynGreene for her/his crazy rants that take up 45 pages on brownstoner. Pain in an ass to scroll through on blackberries. My ball doesn’t scroll anymore because of her/him (no homo)!!!
I can only imagine BG as a “squad leader” lol. Prolly NEVER shuts up. She occupies and entire 33 person shift all by her/himself.
True Benson. I guess in this arena, the armchair warriors and sideline sammies can say a lot of stuff but really don’t know unless they live there and put there money where their mouth is on this one. It’s always easy to knock something when one has no real knowledge of it.
I think 41 Park Place was done well and sold out in about 4 months
I think 587 Washington was done well
I think my own rental isn’t too shabby(the elan) all jokes aside – it’s not thaaat bad
am totalllly bored with some of the 16th street condos
our price range isn’t above 700K for a 2 BR so am not privy to other developments units
lol as IF i would sacrifice my precious beanbag time so muffy and chad’s adopted gay fathers have more time to pick our precious nickel plated faucets. :-/

HEY, I have nickel plated faucets in my ensuite master bath.
I think you will get 100 opinions on any builder your bring up here in contenious Brownstoner world. My advice would be to talk to folks who have bought into complexes previously built by the builder. These folks put their money on the line, so their opinion is most valid.
