so is anyone dressing up for halloween this year? im happy it’s on a saturday!! i dont have a costume yet. my costumes always wind up being horrible last minute put together crap and no one ever knows what im supposed to be. this is the first year that ive had my dog where i am NOT buying that little ingrate mutt a costume. every year i spend 30-40 dollars on a costume for him only to have him wear it one second then tear it to shreds!
is anyone interested in dressing up in x rated (but not illegal) costumes and crashing the park slope halloween parade?
ETA – gack! nevermind, i didnt realize it was a children’s parade!!! (this idea hit me after reading an article about the difference between the two parades)
WOW…my mother had me when she was 26. I never actually realized she was so young. Of course she had already been married so at least I’m not a bastard.

A teacher friend of mine used to have his students do blood tests as a lab exercise until he realized that at least a third of every class weren’t sired by their putative dads. Mind you, this was in Arkansas.
