So glad to hear so many still believe in the American Dream- I had gotten embarrassed to tell people that anymore. Although I am probably in the middle becoming poorer class, I have to say I believe I can turn things around and am working on stuff to do so. For some of us life happens in a big bad way and knocks you off course. It may never work out for me, but in this country I still believe I have a chance at it.
generally yes, cook the vegetables 1st… as in if making a eggplant parm you fry the eggplant 1st b4 bake in casserole.
Tofu won’t kill you and will absorb the flavor of the sauce..slice like you were slicing mozzerella. If someone served it to you , you wouldnt even know it.(of course I like plain greek yogurt…none of the flavored junk in the dairy case).
