Kens, look at the ticket carefully to see what they hit you up for. A buddy of mine got one crossing holland tunnel (from NJ into NYC) and going to just pay the massive amt (200+) but chose to fight it when he realize it was deemed “reckless driving” which is a 5 pt offense (ie next violation gets your license suspended). Lucky for him the NJ DA rep at the court settled with him, think like $125 for some no pt violation.
Thompson would let the TWU walk all over him. He more or less endorsed the work slowdowns planned for today.
Every City union will pull this crap if he were in office and being the namby pamby that he is, he will give in to them. he is betrothen to the unions and you do not want that in a mayor.
