g10, I don’t have an iphone either but given my itouch runs similer apps, I would say it’s very good. only issue is you’re paying a pretty big premium on the rate plans – ie for the same data svcs, you’ll be paying more due to iphone vs. non-iphone. if you could/would wait a little longer, you should cause there should be much more competition forthcoming – such as new google android phones coming to at&t and verizon, palm pre will show up in verizon (not sure about AT&T, new blackberry storm,….
I suspect many of those goodies should be out soon as I think they would want to capitalize on holiday season buying binges
