We totally need to have Mr. B add a B’stoner recipe tab to this site. He could break it down to have it searchable by course, main ingredients, total prep time. Sigh. That would rock. Everyone here seems to know such good recipes.
Ok…shall we move on the the heavenly pleasure that is oven roasted garlic??? It works so well on just about everything. Perfect to drop in a cup of Chammomile tea when suffering from a bad head cold.
Biff, cant speak for the other provinces but don’t recall seeing broccoli during my time in China. Califlower (whatever the spelling) is pretty common. BTW, broccoli in chinese is referenced as western califlower
