  1. Best brussel sprouts ever….from Vetri & Xochitl * in Philadelphia….

    Split brussel sprouts

    Spread on cookie sheet and douse with olive oil, sea salt and pancetta (Bacon for you hoi polloi.)

    Roast at 375 for about 10-15 minutes.

    You will not go back to other vegetables after having this.

    * Xochitl is run by a former Vetri sous chef and he brought the recipe with him
