Yeah, I agree w/ Snappy. Although they’ve said worse to Mr. B himself. Maybe he was just putting them on notice before he goes to Hawaii & they’ll be allowed back on Monday – presumably more subdued (but that is unlikely – esp. given all the traffic on Curbed & What’s new blog.)

bxgrl, this blog is a business. if Jon feels traffic is off and thinks its their banning, he would restore ’em. If traffic holds, then who knows.

Bxgirl, I have a feeling (unconfirmed of course) that perhaps Jscheff and/or others complained about the statements against him or the pictures and Mr. B. got fed up and didn’t want to deal with it while on vaca and just decided to boot em all out off frustration.

What must be laughing. I’m still trying to figure out why brownstoner banned them for those particular comments. As said before, they’ve all said much worse in the past.
