Oooooh, I always love the Guggenheim and then tea and linzer torte at Cafe Zabarsky afterwards. Heavenly! (sub any museum of your choice, including the Neue Galerie, which also houses Cafe Zabarsky).
I got a dull thud w/ MTA – boys 5 & 10.
Bklyn Children’s Museum – again depending on age.
Ah, yes! bowling! I love to bowl. Wonder if they rent a single shoe? 🙂

I like Natural History Museum w/ kids.
Boating in Central Park. Merry-go-round depending on their ages.
Staten Isl Ferry – nice ride, see the Statue.

thought laser tag in times square closed. there’s a dave n busters somewhere in the city, though.
MTA museum, FAO, Dylan’s Candy Bar
I still recommend laser tag in times square.

CGar has requested if anyone can think of any indoor activities (g-rated) for his friends and their neices.
I said Ellis Island, musuems, Top of the Rock, Broadway Show.
