Arkady…had greed not been my inspiration, I would have skipped the post office all together! I had a $50 rebate that I forgot about until yesterday that had to be postmarked by yesterday. Argh! I don’t trust the mail box (I don’t have a rational reason why!) so I took it down there. Of course long lines (like 17 people deep) and only two people working and about 4-5 others on break. Hmph! Having to stand there for that long gave the pain time to come back despite being in a vidodin semi-haze.
Glad to hear it, please don’t hesitate to ask, really. I’m just a few minutes away by bike, and there are a million stores between here and there for any/everything you might need!
Biff – When it was the Saz the place was dark – I imagine there was a little photo-magic going on for that shot. There’s a back room that’s even darker.
if you go to the cubby hole, stop by The Place on west fourth (a block or two away). tiny bar with only like 6 seats but very charming. good place.
