A little hit and miss. I’m not far from it at all. There are some fantastic blocks and others, not so much. If yoiu look at Lincoln Park itself on the map you want to stay Between Westside Avenue & Bergen Avenue and go no further than Communipaw Avenue. If you do look around there just keep in mind you probably want to hop on a bus to get to the JSQ Path as it’s about a 10 minute walk.
M4L – I can answer that question as well. I think it’s still a bit dicey over there. GREAT housing stock, but some blocks are still kinda dangerous with many corners still being “drug corners”. Also you are far from the Path, with Journal Sqaure being the closet station.

Perhaps that’s the reason for my retorts, I get a kick out of needling people who think they know it all, then resort to unsupported assertions and name calling.
It seems to me that you are the one with the temperment problem, you come across as being a member of an exclusive club that would snort at an opposing view while perusing your sacred NYTimes.
You don’t like the facts, face it.

and has sought the democratic presidential nomination on at least 5 occasions.
Doesn’t sound like a Republican to me.
