HaHa chicken. I remember my first job at Harris bank in Chicago and when I was promoted to Vice President.
I also remember an almost embarrassing situation the first time I was taken to the executive dining room. It turns out I had slept with the maitre’d the previous weekned!!!!!!!!!
I think the title “Vice President” at banks/financial services institutions is probably the most overinflated title ever – people outside the biz think you’re a big deal, when you’re actually a *itch.
M4L I used to think that as well but it’s only a hand full. Most are actually not in finance. I would say about 5-7 PLUSAs are. The rest aren’t
