Interesting exchange.

Wasder and I have been saying this all along. For a lot of us, it still is a house to live in and raise a family, pre-bubble, mid-bubble and post-bubble.
What and Benson, aaprt from what you think are the excesses of Mr. B’s reporting and rhetoric, is there no room in the debate for a legitimate preservationist viewpoint? What and the preservationists, but not benson, are actually pretty much in agreement on AY, for example. The nature of blogging and commenting tends to lock in the extremes of everyone’s views. There is actually more common ground amongst the posters here than you would know from reading the posts.
Benson, have a nice summer, chill out and hope to see you and your Borsalino sometime soon. Maybe if what shows for a gathering in the fall, you will join us too.
