Agree the prices quoted for tailored suits are too low. I have never bought one but decent ones were 800-1000 pounds when I lived in London 10-14 years ago (hence why I have never bought one).
wow – those things look like $hit. It’s like he decided to make the most outlandish stuff he could get away with while still having the audience clap politely.
yeah Chicke – 2800 is hard to get to if you are eating healthy, super easy if you are eating crap! – hahaha!
is THL here yet? I am on Trulia.com looking at houses in the downtown Jersey City area and am amazed at how much cheaper they are then fringe nabes here in BK. I mean you can get a 4 story renovated brownstone in the ritzy parts of downtown JC for around $700K, you can scoop up a partially renovated brownstone for $580K – just wanted to hear her thoughts…
Biff…. I was the one in AC this weekend. Didn’t really play, we went to party for cousin’s bday.
Chicken, I spoke to a friend of mine who is a nutritionist and a personal trainer and he said not to stack up on carbs or proteins because that would only get you fat weight and wouldn’t exactly make you feel good after workouts if you’re skinny and your body is used to a certain diet that you keep. Stick with the same food and change your workout regimen instead. I don’t know how many reps and sets you’re doing but if you want to gain weight, you should do less reps with more weight. When I started training hardcore, I was 6’0 feet and 120 lbs and gained sixty pounds quickly with his help. Now I am at 185 and not exactly the leanest but it’s because I stopped working out for a while due to reno at my place and grad school but I am back at the gym now.
Whey protein shakes are good for gaining weight but the problem with them is that when you stop working out, you will gain fat weight and not muscle weight because of your protein intake, even at its purest form. Instead, skip the cardio (only do like 5 min for warm up before the workout) and load on more weights and less reps. You should gain muscle that way.

Rob, I thought “vump” was vulva region + bump. So it sort of made a grassy knoll. Or a Vump.
jessibaby, does anybody need to do a canine verification on CG ups’ beagle to make sure it is legitimate?
(kidding, of course)
Howdy from North Carolina people.
