g10, those prices look too low to be in the ritzy parts of JC. the downtown section of JC houses (comparable brick or brownstone to BK) will still cost around 800k. The ritzy parts (paulus hook area) cost around $1M to 1.3M (comes with 4 figure ppty taxes).
Suits that are too tailored with highwater pants, the coats have really short sleeves and are too small. basically you look like a 5 year old boy wearing a suit for a 3 year old. they are expensive, i think around $8,000.
you seem alot of poseurs in soho wearing them, as they aren’t really a business-type suit.

“Instead, skip the cardio (only do like 5 min for warm up before the workout) and load on more weights and less reps. You should gain muscle that way.

i hope you guys have fun tomorrow, i am not sure if im going to be able to make it out. ive been in a total anti social and depressed funk the last couple of weeks and all i want to do these days after work is hide in my room and close my eyes. ill see how i feel tomorrow.
