people are taking the british style suiting a little far over here – if i see one more guy with a shirt that’s too tight with a spread collar, and a huge double windsor knot that makes the tie too short i’m scream.
back at my days at evil european i-bank – it was always easy to tell which guys were british as they always looked sharp with their euro style stuff, and the americans looked like they were trying too hard
Chicken, by the way, a lot of people do not work out their legs. That’s a big mistake.Working out your lower body is a sure way of gaining muscle mass. Doing leg workouts (squats with a bar on shoulders) should really help you if you’re already not doing so.

Yes, its the property taxes that are the real turnoff. I’ve done my homework on that issue before choosing where to buy. You wouldn’t believe what I pay in property taxes for 4 residences.
chicken – Def skip cardio!- but you should be eating a full range of meals and not just protein shakes!
def agree with heavier weights and do the amount of reps you can tolerate, however in a few weeks you should either up the weight or increse the reps to start to see a difference
