Arkady, since the definision of masochism is “the condition in which sexual gratification depends on suffering, physical pain, and humiliation”, I would say the masochist would be happy he or she was hit. I think the suffering contemplated in the definition is from the actual pain received, not from the denial of one’s wishes.
How about people using umbrellas when it is snowing?
I always thought that was a southern thing. People in the north don’t use umbrellas when it snows. They use hats. I think many New Yorkers are really secret southerners.
benson, being part german I take offense to Hogan’s heroes. They portryaed the germans as fools and that’s disrespectful. Never mind that they have a history of starting land wars in Europe. 🙂
