m4l – No idea. I’ve seen nice lookign stuff for as low as 80k – i woudl put 50% down and only have a 300 per month mortgage payment. i would use it as a vacation property rather then rent it out.

benson has some good points. I have a fellow Jedi Warrior here at the Death Star who has been trying to sell her home upstate forever now and nobody seems to be buying. As bad as it is here in the city, it seems much worse up there.
