Snappy,
Floorplan is screwed up because the kitchen is in the wrong place. If it were in the middle the layout would work better as could then have the living / dining room at the front and the bedrooms at the back.
As it is, it’s a no-hoper.
DH, I thought about the use of armoires. Those folks are clearly smoking crack. I can’t imagine buying a 3 br, actually needing 2 or 3 brs and having that setup. Talk about no privacy. and for that price, I’d like a living room larger than a standard sized sofa.
snappy, the add should have said that since there’s no closets, there is room so that you can have own private washing basin in each room. There’s pre-war and then there’s pre-war.
“I’m SO hungover today. Our fantastic neighbors had us over last night and I drank WAY to many St-Germain cocktails. I highly trying it. It’s an elderflower liqueur that is absolutely divine. Too divine seeing how I drank so many.”
St Germain rules. Goes well with gin or champagne cocktails.

Anyways…
Rob, You are so right about the dog adoption issue. I know first hand because my husband and I tried to adopt a Golden Retriever from a rescue (this was when we only had 2 cats FYI). We said we own a house with a backyard, I’m home all day so it’ll get all the attention in needs, we even agreed to feed it a specific high quality (high cost)food that they insisted upon, etc.
So why did they turn us down? Because we couldn’t provide medical records proving that we had gotten or two cats routine shots every single year that we’d had them. We have a 17 year old and a 10 year old cat! So clearly we know nothing about keeping our pets healthy right? First off, I don’t, nor do many other veterinary professionals believe that it’s necessary to have indoor cats immunized every single year, it’s overkill. I explained that understood that dogs you need to b/c they go outside and are exposed to these elements. I also stated that we would then get our cats immunized every year b/c the dog would be bringing in elements from outdoors.
Nope, closed case. annual records from birth or no deal.
Whatever, Clearly it’s better to have the dog in a kennel than in a loving home.
THL, did you see that the Hills is continuing with Kristin as the narrator!!! I’m stunned and disgusted. I always hated her on Laguna Beach.

Wow snappy – that is quite a weird listing. 750K to live in a railroad apt.
If bedrooms are big enough, I would prefer having a large armoir in my room rather then an awkwardly situated closet that takes up just as much room.
“I highly trying it.”
Should be:
I highly recommend trying it (St-Germain)
