DH, at least this broker is DOING his JOB!!
S.E corners of 12th & 5th, 3rd & 5th. Both have outdoor spaces. Also 2 others but I got sidetracked by bubble shooters & didn’t make a note. Will stroll again soon.
Thanks DeLepp, I spoke to the manager and he was supposed to call me back. If he doesn’t, it’s their loss. How did the space seem for a large group? I heard it isn’t that huge. I hope to go on the bar hop with wasder this week and will let you know.
Arkady, thanks. The next one is in Clinton Hill for sure, but I did see some potential future spots on 5th too. Voodoo Lounge at the Northern end looked spacy. The Gates is also large and has outdoor space. Maybe the next one can be back in Park Slope, although I’m leaning towards the Bell House for the one after Clinton Hill.
DH, now that’s a listing! I don’t think I’ve ever seen that much detail in an ad. Maybe he wanted to make up for the lack of the floorplan, or he’s read B’Stoner before and doesn’t want to get the virtual smackdown usually given here for lack of info!

strolling the street fait all the way up to 12th WAS nice. i was shocked with that part of park slope. i much preferred the shops there. there were actual dollar stores. hello! (i really dont think in the 10 months ive lived in park slope that i went above (below) 7th or 8th street.
