When we have nothing to do, Hubby and I pick a neighborhood and walk around. Yesterday we went to Malba Queens, which is west of the Whitestone Bridge and I’m not sure what ‘water’ it’s on. I believe that’s still considered the East River.
Holy Shmoly, Talk about building things bigger!! Makes the homes in Mill Basin look modest.
I didn’t have my camera, but found some that we saw, on-line.

Rob, Home Depot is on Hamilton ave near 17th street…Lowes is on 2nd Ave near 11th street.

ugh! i went to a hardware store and a kitchen furnishings store at lunch to look for a fridge child safety lock cuz the one we use now broke and have to barricade our fridge with a shelf. the hardware store had no clue what i was talking about and the snooty girl at sur la table was like, “um no” lol who sells child safety locks!?!?
