A principal from Muss Development, the firm that’s trying to lure classy retailers to Downtown’s 345 Adams Street, said at yesterday’s Brooklyn Real Estate Roundtable that negotiations are underway with two “nationally known” restaurants. One of the restaurants is eyeballing a 10,000-square-foot space, he said, while the other is looking at a 2,000-square-foot chunk. Guesses?

  1. 5 guys are definitely seeking space all around the metro area.

Sorry Rob – Boston Market is near bankrupcy, your going to have to go for KFCs grilled chicken!

I think 10K sq ft is actually too small for cheesecake factory.

  2. Boston Market seems like a chain fading away. I’ve never been to a CheeseCake Factory but I did see one in Ft Laud last week on Las Olas which is their upscale shopping street downtown. So that seems good guess.

  3. They have run this story so many times. My guess is The Cheese Cake Factory since that name has been dropped in the past. I’d love to see it happen, but I just don’t see how they make it work unless Muss is going in as partners. For the 2,000 SF, perhaps Five Guys.
