'Nationally Known' Restaurants May Land in 345 Adams
A principal from Muss Development, the firm that’s trying to lure classy retailers to Downtown’s 345 Adams Street, said at yesterday’s Brooklyn Real Estate Roundtable that negotiations are underway with two “nationally known” restaurants. One of the restaurants is eyeballing a 10,000-square-foot space, he said, while the other is looking at a 2,000-square-foot chunk. Guesses?…

Please no fast food joints! Houstons or maybe an Olive Garden. But for God sake no Red Lobster, no fast food, no Applebee’s, no Chile’s… etc etc etc.
as long as their are no obnoxious yuppy parents and their screaming rugrats to have to listen to i am good.
THAL – I dont know for sure but on observation, it seems they do a very good bar business – drinks and the bar/lunch menu – which is considerably cheaper than the “regular” Mortons menu. In terms of people getting the full $100+ meal, the tables look a little thin to me.

Does anyone know how that Mortons is doing? I have never stopped in but curious if there is a crowd there on weeknights or weekends.
mccormick & shmick’s? maggiano’s?
Morton’s may not be high-end but it is easily $100 for (a mediocre)dinner(for one).
And that’s a map of Brooklyn, IL — not St. Louis.
