We received word through a tipster yesterday that the McDonald’s at 169 Tillary Street, a long-time fixture in Downtown Brooklyn, had closed. Sure enough, that was the case when we went by this morning. According to signs up in the windows, the fast food giant lost its lease after, we’re guessing, 20 years. The property does not appear to have changed hands recently nor have any new building permits been applied for. Anyone know what the plan is? dirty hipster,
the McRib went the same way as Olestra Lay’s potato chips,
into the annals of gastrointestinal medicine and research as examples of the durability and industructable nature of the human alimentary tract.

before eating at McDonalds think about the corporate mutant cow bred to produce $1 meals. sick and sad.
grow up. it’s neither sick NOR sad. it’s capitalism and it’s quick grub.

MCD’s on 4th and 1st – yikes – the patrons are these little skate kids who throw their happy meal burger wrappers all over the place while causing havoc using the parking lot as their own Tony Hawke practice ramp!
i think those are the only kinds of kids i can stand. they arent harming anyone!
