I think Benson is offended by the restaurant’s rather odd name more than by the post.
Benson, serious question…what is condescending about this post? Emily did nothing but report on the progress of the restaurant’s opening.

Actually, I like it. Perfectly summarizes the condescension shown by Mr. B. and many of his followers. Today’s Carroll Garden’s thread captures that sentiment. You’ve got Mr. B. mocking those who think that a $100K salary is a big deal, and Babs repeating tired stereotypes.
Looks lovely, especially since that building had been a horrendous eyesore for the better part of a decade. Good location, but can the food survive against tough competition?
