i cant tell if the name is pretentious, or just outright condescending. probably meant to be ironic. :-/

this proliferation of sidewalk seating things are getting annoying. Especially when directly across from apt buildings that are not commercial.
Can hardly walk down past BarTabac on Dean st side because they have taken over the sidewalk.
(and this is 1st place up from Smith, right? not Court St).
C’mon Benson, person didn’t get mocked at all. Only was stated that $100k salary doesn’t get you into buying a house in Carroll Gardens. But it probably does get you into a coop/condo. He didn’t mock the person – just the assertion.
