New Coffee Spot for 5th Avenue
A new coffee place has moved into the spot at 162 5th Avenue, the old ‘Love=?’ storefront. It’s called Venticinque and looks pretty nice. (The blog Here’s Park Slope posted some interior photos earlier this week.) Has anyone popped in yet? Think it will be much competition to Gorilla Coffee, which is a few blocks…

Wow. Another coffee shop. How exciting.
a dog walker is necessary. if you have a dog and leave it home alone all day in an apartment that is just cruel. dogs aren’t meant to be cooped up in an apartment for 10 hours a day.
I can finally get coffee in Park Slope!
the continued caffenization of park slope! LOL
if by lunch in soho you mean the occassional chili at wendy’s then okay. and dog walkers are necessary, much like baby sitters and nannies.

That’s true about the oil, gem. You should also clean your grinder.
You people are outrageous!
I’m generally picky about my coffee. If I need a fix I will get it from where ever (excluding Starbucks since they life to extra burn their beans), but I do prefer to buy good whole beans, grind them myself and french press or use my glass chemex carafe to make a nice cup of coffee before heading out the door in the morning.
Rob – chocolate covered espresso beans ARE good! – yum!
yeah i think the beans have oil in them
Rob IS pretty wealthy. I mean, he lives in PS, employs a dogwalker five days a week, and buys his lunch everyday in SoHo.
Slow down, moneybags!!
