I put a couple of offers on investment properties this last week and I got overbid on all of them.. 3 iN ALL.. Some are even going over ask… I guess I will never get that BHEIGHTS TOWNHOUSE AT A MILLION..

Kens, I can pretend to be chicken and might get away with it (albeit fatter and no brit accent) but I’m sure fsrq is NOT a chinaman
M4L, mostly just curious. I am really into real estate (despite the fact that I spend all my time in the OT section of this blog!) and like looking at home prices in Brooklyn and what you get for the money in numerous areas. The only way I’ll be buying in the foreseeable future is if my lotto ship comes in…of course I need to start buying tickets and then bother to check the numbers of the ones I do buy 🙂
snappy, if ever consider giving NJ a slim consideration for house purchase, please check out Forest Hills section in Newark. it looks like a nicer Ditmas Park
