I beleive its against the law to chain a bike to a street sign. what about the owners who leave their bikes chained up for months at a time without moving them. some people take pride in curb appeal, spend lots of money to dress up their areas.
also same dude/landlord cut chains to bikes chained to parking signs in front of his property(park slope)
someone chain a bike to my fence for months. the neighbor didnt like it. he cut the bike and kept the chain lol. i’m like i didn’t really mind the bike being there. oh wells. some landlord neighbors are nuts about bikes.
your momma was hitched!
