  1. 10:02, that’s ok, I still have lots of equity.

    10:07, actually, I don’t have a mortgage and my credit is excellent. And you are paying for someone else to build up equity? Hey, congratulations on your freedom!

  2. Oh yeah Biff?

    What are you gonna do about it, huh?

    Lemme guess, cry when the bank destroys your credit and takes away your home and probably life savings because you couldn’t make the mortgage.

    in this market;
    renting = freedom.

  3. I can believe the number of people who actually care about this. Situations like this wouldn’t be a problem (or rarely so) if the city actually installed adequate bike-parking. I know that when I ride my bike, 5 minutes are spent trying to find decent place to lock my bike in a place that is visible but won’t impede foot traffic. More bike parking!

  4. Forget bikes, what should I do about the person has chained their motorcycle (with cover) to the fence around the tree in front of my building for MONTHS now. I think it’s someone who lives several doors down the block, butbut they only park at our place so they can have a place to lock it up. WTF??? I’m afraid if I call 311 on them, they will suspect someone from my building called on them and would retaliate (he’s kind of a scary dude), but I’m so sick of this big heavy thing stuck in front of our building!

  6. The real beauty of this is that the owner of the bike knows where the note writer lives. The home owner should hope damage does not occur to the bike as the retaliation could be much worse. You can only do so much damage to a bike. To a house on the other hand….
