Turnaround at 424 Waverly Avenue [Brownstoner] GMAP
New doors- I made them. Brownstoner featured them a few months ago while they were still in my shop. They are made entirely from reclaimed long leaf yellow pine as were all the other exterior doors. Josey Delgado, the owner and contractor, finished them himself with tung oil.
I was assuming the doors were new (just missing final stain and finish). But I guess they could be the originals stripped.
Anyways, a beautiful exterior reno. The simplicity creates instant elegance.

Do we know who the architect is?
Beautiful! I never get bored by quality. And these are most definitely beautiful and quality.
Gasp! YABBF

Not 100% sure, but I believe the owner is planning to live in one of them and to rent out the other.
