Nate, beautiful doors. I figured you made them when I first saw the pic.
Those windows are fabulous. Are they wood? Who makes them and how much do they cost?
When I win the lottery, I want to restore my permastone and aluminum siding facade to the original gingerbread and clapboard. Who does that kind of work?

This looks absolutely stunning.
I’m also amazed to hear they had permastone. We do too. Is it risky to remove?
beautiful job, nate. as always. congrats to joey.
thanks for the photos. incredible. they remind me of one of the photos in that series of photographs done by a woman in the 1970s of houses and their occupants in Brooklyn. There’s one family that has a crazy ’70s pad. The owners looked like fun people but it almost looked like the pre-reno pictures of this place. Wish I could find the collection so I could post a link for comparison.
Hey, I really liked that mod ceiling wallpaper in the “before” shots. Kind of looked like “The Umbrellas of Cherbourg”
When the owner, Joe Delgado, purchased it the two properties were combined with two bay windows in the middle. The permastone veneer was not only on the outside of the facade but the interior walls.
Here are some interior pre-reno photos:
