This week, we’re going to flip our calendars back six pages and take a peek at how four of our listings fared six months on.

First up, this four-story home at 102 St. Marks Avenue is a classic Italianate brownstone with original details on a nice, landmarked Prospect Heights block. A former House of the Day, it’s been owned by the same family for over 40 years, according to the listing. It may need some updating but appears to be in good shape overall. It’s got a garden rental and a triplex above. The latter has four bedrooms, two apiece on each of the top two floors, along with a full bath and ample closet space. As of publishing, the home was no longer on the market.

Next up, we have another former House of the Day with some distinctive spaces within. That includes the massive, skylit atrium that makes up the living room — or “great room.” There’s a winding, glass-walled steel staircase that’s skylit from the top, a double-height rear-facing glass wall, a long, sleek open kitchen with banks of white cabinets, and a heated two-car garage that opens into the home, so you can come and go like Batman. The home is still available for purchase.

Third, we have a former Listing of the Day in Cobble Hill. This four-story townhouse on a tree-lined Cobble Hill block offers charming details on each of its floors. Exposed brick along the front-to-back open space of the garden level, high tin ceilings on the parlor level, abundant sunlight and views of the harbor on the top floor, and even a finished basement which can be used as office space, a playroom, or a home theater. It sold in June for $3.55 million, $100,000 above ask.

Last is a two-bedroom former Condo of the Day, at 101 8th Avenue at the northern end of Park Slope. It has a number of points in its favor, including some attractive details, a sensible layout and a location a block from the main entrance to Prospect Park, at Grand Army Plaza. It’s in the J.W. Weber house, a grand, neo-Georgian mansion at the corner of 8th Avenue and President Street, which holds eight other units. It is still available for purchase.
