The sudden mild weather reminds us of warmer climates, and we’re taking a look back at July’s dog days of summer to check in on how four of our featured listings fared on the market.

This barrel-fronted limestone at 1628 Union Street in south Crown Heights has some nice details and a relatively gentle price. The catch is that it’s a two-family with a pair of floor-through apartments over a high cellar. So if you need an owner’s duplex or are looking for an original one-family to restore, you can move on. It’s a former House of the Day, and it sold in September for $1.25 million, $50,000 above the asking price.

Next, this three-bedroom co-op at 90 Prospect Park West is spacious, elegant and boasts killer views of the park from its three large front windows. It’s got some nice detail as well, including exceptionally well preserved woodwork. This Co-op of the Day pick sold in October for $1.765 million, $84,000 below ask.

This former House of the Day — at 119 Vanderbilt Avenue in Clinton Hill’s Wallabout Historic District — has a number of points of distinction. It’s Gothic Revival, a rarity among Brooklyn homes — built around 1852, according to the designation report. It is still available at a reduced price of $2.55 million.

In West Midwood we’ve got a standalone Edwardian on Wellington Court, one of the cul-de-sac streets that butt up against the Q/B tracks. It’s been thoroughly renovated inside and out, by a flipper most likely. The exterior has loads of curb appeal with its red door and porch; the inside has been modernized and still has some charming details, such as stained-glass windows and a claw-foot tub. There are three stories, four bedrooms, a modern kitchen with marble counters, a front porch and a two-car driveway. It appears to be in perfect move-in shape. This former Open House Pick sold in November for $194,000 below ask.
