This week, we’re going back six months away from the biting cold to fonder memories of June warmth and looking at how four featured listings fared on the market. Three of the properties — all houses — sold, and one, a condo, was taken off the market.

Our first pick, a former House of the Day, is a fine specimen of a Ditmas Park house, with a couple of trees in the front yard, a deep garden in the rear, a wraparound porch, a two-car garage and seven bedrooms. It’s at 421 East 19th Street, on a fine specimen of a tree-lined and landmarked Ditmas Park block. The 1907 Colonial Revival features a double-sized living room measuring 27 feet across, with inlaid parquet floors and a wood-burning fireplace with a marble mantel. Elsewhere on the first floor is a wainscoted dining room, a renovated kitchen with granite counters and a six-burner Viking stove, a laundry room, and a back porch. It sold in November for $1.75 million, $350,000 below ask.

Another former House of the Day, this six-bedroom Edwardian on Rugby Road in Caton Park (a mini-‘hood between the Parade Ground and Prospect Park) is newly and completely renovated — even the front and rear lawns look newly installed. It combines some original details — inlaid parquet floors, wainscoting, stained glass, a pair of fireplaces — with modern finishes. It sold in October for $2.35 million – $4,500 below ask.

This Williamsburg condo has nice finishes, a double-height living room with arched 12-foot windows, and a pair of outdoor spaces — a balcony and a rooftop terrace. It’s one of eight units in a new development at 150 Richardson Street, where the first units went up for sale early last year. Said finishes include exposed brick, antique oak flooring and exposed concrete columns. In the kitchen are custom shaker-style cabinets painted navy blue, walnut open shelving, white subway tile and quartzite counters. A former Condo of the Day, it was taken off the market in December.

Last up, this standalone Victorian or Edwardian on Rugby Road in West Midwood is close to Brooklyn College and two subway stops from the shops on Cortelyou. It’s got space and original detail to spare. The latter includes a wraparound porch, mantels, inlaid floors, stained glass windows, and a built-in dish cupboard. You’ll also find five bedrooms, two full and two half baths, a study, a dining room, a breakfast nook, and a large landscaped yard. It was an Open House Pick and it sold in November for $1.825 million, which was the asking price.
