It’s the first week of 2017, and we’re looking back at some listings we featured in 2016 — Fourth of July week to be exact. They included an historic Italianate home, a modern glassy condo, a Craftsman and a Queen Anne.

Two of the listings are still available, one is in contract, and one sold in November.

A former House of the Day, this four-story Italianate, in the Fort Greene Historic District at 362 Clermont Avenue, has a fair amount of original detail, including crown moldings, medallions, pocket doors, hardwood floors, and seven mantels. It’s a brick house with brownstone details, built sometime in the mid-19th century. It was the home of E.G. Cowley, a cutlery merchant in Manhattan, according to the designation report. It’s still available for $2.5 million, a price drop of $375,000 from the original ask.

Next, this huge, head-turning four-bedroom condo is in the Richard Meier–designed glass tower at 1 Grand Army Plaza in Prospect Heights, dubbed On Prospect Park. The high-end unit has sleek, white minimalism, generous spaces, high ceilings and plenty of floor-to-ceiling windows. It’s a former Condo of the Day, and it’s still available for the same asking price.

On Windsor Place in the heart of Windsor Terrace, we’ve got an early-20th-century Craftsman set up as a one-family. Original details include parquet floors, natural woodwork, stained glass, a leaded-glass cabinet, an antique mirror in the entryway, and an original lighting fixture in the living room. It’s got three bedrooms (and a windowless office) on the top floor, including one in a rear extension with three exposures. Condition looks good, though the kitchen could use an update. This former Open House Pick is now in contract.

On Decatur Street in Bed Stuy we find a flip with a good deal of original detail, including mantels, wainscoting, crown moldings, tin ceilings, and banister with newel post. The listing is short on details, but it’s a three-story with four bedrooms that looks to be set up as a single unit. Another former Open House Pick, it sold in November for $1.5 million, $75,000 below ask.
