The kitchen is spacious and has an original brick hearth, which is a nice homey touch. A stacked washer and dryer can be spied in an adjacent mud room.

The garden hasn’t been painstakingly landscaped, but it’s got a nice big spreading tree and potential to become something nice. There’s some kind of unidentified structure back there, which intrigues — perhaps some kind of treehouse.

Condition looks fairly good overall, but some work may be needed — the listing offers no insights into the building’s condition.
