It’s awash in period details, with a giant pier mirror, a fireplace with a mirrored mantel and Minton-style tile surround, carved door and window casings, crown moldings, inlaid parquet floors, wainscoting and stained glass. Not your average rental fare, and it looks to be in fine shape.

On the down side, the bedroom is the living room as currently configured. The listing suggests partitioning the living room to create one, which would certainly work, though it’d make for a dark living room. The room is plenty large, so you could also just treat it as a big studio space, with the bed out in the open or tucked away behind a double-sided bookcase.
