The living room’s large and quite nice, with a beamed ceiling, exposed brick, a marble mantle, and a trio of rear-facing windows. The kitchen is a galley, with granite counters and new-ish appliances.

There’s one bedroom downstairs and two above; all are good-sized and have a large closet. The lower one has high ceilings, another mantel, a pier mirror, crown moldings and a pair of big windows overlooking the street. Being right by Atlantic Terminal it’s near just about every train line, as well as BAM, Barclays and plenty of other things. It’s not the quietest corner of Brooklyn, especially given the current building boom, but the block looks relatively serene.
