It has been one hot summer in Brooklyn Heights. First 281 Henry sells for $5 million, then 29 Grace Court goes for $5.25 mil, and 40 Willow Place just hit public records for $7.35 million. 40 Willow Place is a 45-foot-wide modernist home built in the 1960s. Throughout the years some details of the home were lost, but later owners restored the interior to its original glory in a top-to-bottom renovation. Last year, it was asking $7,500,000. Then Curbed noticed it was relisted this April for the same price. You can still see the Corcoran listing… what an amazing place. Looks like the owners are moving across the river from Manhattan. The Observer has a story on it too.
