Otherwise it’s a big old space with a private deck. The apartment had been on the market for $6,000/month, but now it’s down to $5,800/month. What do you think?
42 4th Place [FRBO] GMAP P*Shark
over 1600 sq foot apartment with W/D A/C new fridge and stove for 3500? you guys are delusional. have you been to new york city in over 20 years?
I don’t know the market to gauge the price, but there are a lot of things right about this apartment (W/D, minisplit A/C, new appliances, private entrance) however the big thing is the 3rd/4th floor may be a turn off for someone with kids. Sure the floors are kind of lame, and the contractors white and the kit cabinets. But it seems rather workable from the listing.

this place could potentially be a $6,000 month apartment but not with the way it looks now. $3500 sounds a little more realistic.
I saw the place. Not perfect but huge 3br with private entrance. Definitely looks like new tile/def not linoleum. I anyone can find me
a 3br in CG for $3500 please let me know.
