  1. what the heck is “reverse racism” – you’ve been indoctrinated.

Racism is racism. It exists in every cultural group. Its a big problem when one group has more power that the group it is being racist to.

Anyone white person in NYC who hasn’t had a racist slur chucked at them is either (1) deaf; (2) too closeted to understand the language of the insult or (3) too scared to visit any neighborhood outside Manhattan/north of 96th st.

Honestly, do you idiots denying the racism even live in this city or do you just live on this blog?

  2. 8:47 – selling well near beford L, not lorimer. east of the BQE is not doing as well as prime williamsburg.

i think that because of this, if i was buying, i would look hard around lorimer area for deals. especially if you have kids, because PS132 is a very good school.

  4. Property within 4-5 blocks of the L are still selling, but not at last years prices. The house across the street from me on Conselyea between Union and Lorimer (1/2 block from the L) just sold for $779K and its a 2 family 2500 sq footer thats 25′ wide on a deep lot. Last year it would have been over a million. There are 2 others here still listed over a million that have been sitting there a long time now and will continue to sit. Orient must have been 2 lots or like someone said the house and an additional garage with rights.

  5. I give him six months, he is so paronoid. He is injecting fear into his girlfriend about blackmen because of the sterio-types he was taught by the generation before him. You are only gonna make her curious. And if she really does have a sistah booty, than the work is already done….lol. Didn’t your mama warn you about moving to the hood?
