  1. Uh, it that price for Orient pretty insane, or what? I can’t access the floor plans on Corcoran’s site, but from the looks of the building one duplex is half underground and the other duplex is half in the attic. PShark says the building is 20*35, 1857 sf gross (though DOB says there are two buildings on the lot, but I’m not seeing that in Google).

    Is this just a development sale?

  2. wow, I just made a similar comment about the houses in the stuy that are foreclosing. how can people justify paying these prices? what are these people thinking? 1.5 million for that?!? with that home-depot-special door on the front? you’ve got to be kidding.
