Which Way Are Readers Leaning in the Presidential Race?
Speaking of politics…While New Yorkers won’t weigh in on the presidential race officially for about another month, we thought the occasion of today’s New Hampshire primary would be a good opportunity to see which way Brooklynites (or a certain blog-reading subsection, at least) were leaning. In the meantime, any predictions for how the real primary will go today?

The What
Someday this war is gonna end…
I don’t think anyone from Delaware can run for pres or VP. It’s in the constitution. and it’s there for a reason!
Mccain=Bush
How do you figure?:
War:even if Iraq would have happened under McCain: 1. We would have had enough troops from the start 2. Abu Graib never would have happened.
Economy:McCain never would have voted for majority of tax cuts
Domestic: Katrina wouldn’t have been led by a crony (or at least it would have been a crony who could do the job); Stem cell ban never would have happened
Bush= moron, inexperienced, bible-thumping loser
McCain=intelligent, experienced, hated by Christian Cons and hero
Not sure I get how they are equal
“I personally like Roomney or Guliani but if Obama will help you with the white guilt than go ahead, vote for an unexperienced canidate.”
If I were white (which I’m not), and I was at all concerned about “white guilt,” why would I switch my vote to Guiliani, who is generally abhorrent to non-whites?
I’m with 4:25.
Edwards would be great, but I know he’s a longshot. I’m okay with all of the candidates, but for some reason I’m not feeling the Obama love like everyone else. His experience is too green and his purple lips disturb me. I love the idea of Biden as a VP, though. As a former Delawarian, I’d love to see that guy ascend to where he deserves to be.
I think all democratic candidates are good and difficult shoice. And our motto should be speak no evil against any of them.
Most important is trying to clean up the mess and disgrace of last 8 years. And no republican is going to do that.
“if Obama will help you with the white guilt than [SIC} go ahead”
3:54, way to assume that we are all white.
