Which Way Are Readers Leaning in the Presidential Race?
Speaking of politics…While New Yorkers won’t weigh in on the presidential race officially for about another month, we thought the occasion of today’s New Hampshire primary would be a good opportunity to see which way Brooklynites (or a certain blog-reading subsection, at least) were leaning. In the meantime, any predictions for how the real primary will go today?

President Hillary Clinton.
Vice President Barack Obama.
(Followed by President Barack Obama in 2017!)
None of this will happen, but a girl can dream….

With the exception of you, of course.
OBAMA.

12:12, you are delusional. See http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2008/president/national.html.
Between Obama, Clinton, and Edwards (plus Richardson and Biden, R.I.P.), this is the most exciting democratic lineup I can remember in my young life. If anything, there are too many good candidates.
The Republicans on the other hand are picking from a pool that includes: a one trick pony who’s alienated his own kids, someone who plays a lawyer on TV, a morally… conflicted millionaire, a preacher who knows as much about foreign affairs as a young G.W., and a war veteran who’s been running for president for 12 years…
Obama/Bloomberg for Prez/Vice prez respectively…
I think it would be a genius combo that could actually fix some mistakes and create infinitely better foreign policy, which this country needs to do ASAP.
Out of 43 administrations, 12:20? Really??
I’m leaving this discussion. In agreement with 12:27.
Evyone on this board is so intelligent. The discussion is so refreshing.
Since no one from the current administration is running, by default each candidate represents “change” with maybe the Hillary camp. But then again, we did pretty well under Bill with maybe Osama as an exception. Bill should have taken him out when we he had the chance and maybe we could have avoided the current mess. The economy was booming, the deficit gone, and best of all he had his hand up the foreign countries butts like a puppeteer. They say whatever he wanted like it was their idea, especially the French. Now that’s diplomacy. Don’t think for one second though Barack is not a professional politician. He is winning and has said anything yet. We’ll what happens to that story when we get to more mainstream states.
“4 examples do NOT refute my point, 12:13.”
Yes, actually they do.
