JUST AS UGLY AS THE DAY IT WAS BORN!!!!! CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHY THEY REMOVED THE TRELLISS THAT WAS IN THE GARDEN OVER THE FURNITURE? PERHAPS IT WAS BLOCKING THE ONLY OCCUPANTS VIEW OF CARROLL STREET AND THE AMAZING SUN RISES
THAT LIGHT THE VALLEY ACROSS THE MOUNTAIN RANGE WHICH REFLECTS ON THE OCEAN. HA!!!!!!!
The tenement wall will serve as a reminder that this is not, after-all Venice, CA, despite what the brokers claim.
My wife and I considered this place. Interesting style, although much more Miami-esque than Park Slope. The front lawn section behind the wall is really nice. For what you are getting though we though the prices were high. The main room isn’t that big for most of the units and the spaces need to be 200 sq ft larger.

oh yes, Rob, you are correct, I did notice the bathroom as well.
Whether people think i need to “lighten up’ or “get fucked”, doesn’t matter, I still think this building, while not really ugly, just doesn’t belong here.

FWIW Streeteasy shows only two sales (but no recorded prices yet) and three units in contract.

stargazer, total agree with you… also on the OTHER side of this building the bathrooms are on the streetview. sorry but no one wants to be walking home and seeing you take a dump. guh-ROSS
